What am I doing currently?

In my role as an Area Manager at Amazon's Fulfillment Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, I oversee a dynamic team of approximately 70 associates within the Amazon Fulfillment Engine (AFE). Responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring smooth fulfillment processes, I am entrusted with optimizing productivity and maintaining high standards of customer service. As an Area Manager, my daily responsibilities include strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management to meet and exceed fulfillment goals. I am deeply involved in coaching and developing my team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness. Through effective leadership and leveraging of data-driven insights, I strive to enhance efficiency and uphold Amazon's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
